Registration
Everyone who attends any Mennonite Health Assembly sessions is required to register. Online registration is available this year, it is user friendly, quick, and easy. Sunday morning worship is open to non-registrants. To view the registration book in its entirety, please click here.
Grants
A limited number of $225 grants are available on a first-come, first-served basis to anyone with financial need who is registering without organizational sponsorship. Email or call the Mennonite Health Assembly office at 1-800-611-4007 for information.
Full Registration
$445 before January 22 and $545 after January 22
Includes worship, general sessions, governance session, workshops, breaks, Thursday reception, Friday breakfast, Friday networking luncheon, Saturday banquet and Sunday worship.
Spouse/Guest Registration
$185 before January 22 and $285 after January 22
Includes worship, plenary sessions, Thursday reception, Friday breakfast, Saturday banquet and Sunday worship. Does not include workshops, governance session, breaks or Friday networking luncheon.
Presenter Registration
Presenters receive complimentary registration for the day of the presentation or a discounted full registration at $290 before January 22. No discount if registration not received by January 22.
Fourth full registration from the same organization
Registrants may claim only one discount, e.g., as a presenter or fourth member of an organization.

The Mennonite Health Assembly rate is $99 per night (plus tax) for a single to quad occupancy. Depending on room availability, this rate is available three days before and three days after our event. Please contact Marvin Schmucker at 316-640-5884 to make hote reservations.

A $2.50 discount on self-parking is available for Mennonite Health Assembly registered hotel guests at the Main Street Parking Garage (adjacent to the hotel). Current self-park rate is $16.50 after the discount.

Come join your colleagues for an afternoon of golf on the Ocean View Golf Course in Norfolk. Registration will begin at 12:30 with first tee-time at 1:00 sharp. Sign up during the online registration process, can be added later. Awards will be presented at the evening banquet at the Marriott. The dress code for play is a shirt with a collar and slacks or Bermuda-length shorts for all golfers.

Student Scholarships
Full-time college, graduate, and seminary students are eligible for a reduced registration fee of $130 (a $475 value.) The package includes registration, lodging, and meal tickets.
For every five students registering from one school, one faculty or staff member may register [link] at the student rate. We are initially reserving five spots for each college or university.

Scholarship Contributions Needed
Scholarships are funded by sponsorships and by the interest from an endowment. With investment losses in the past year, there are limited funds available from the endowment for scholarships. If you are able to give $50, $100 or more to help others attend, please indicate your contribution amount during the registration process.
